    Kiddo is an on demand child care service. It’s a safe, trusted service for parents to find verified and working with children checked Babysitters, Nannies and Special Needs carer providers for their families. Kiddo is a tool that allows working families to request regular care, emergency care, care when travelling, find a nanny job ads and also special needs care for families with NDIS child participants. Parents, register, it takes less than a minute to do so, they input time/date they require care, then our innovative technology matches parents to available care providers (based on child’s care requirements/age/location). Carers set their own rates – this is dependant on time, location, number of children and the type of care provided. Parents view profiles, read reviews and ratings and they choose their care provider. Kiddo’s in-app payment system keeps things secure and our in-app messaging keeps everything in one place. Working parents are empowered with all the information they need such as reviews and ratings, completion rates and job counts to choose the care giver they want to.

  • How does Kiddo work with Employers?

    Well this is easy, simply contact us hello@kiddoapp.com.au and we will be in touch to discuss your Company’s requirements and needs. We can tailor a package that allows you to sponsor Employees’ annual membership with Kiddo. This allows your employees to access our Platform, post as many urgent booking requests and ongoing care job ads as they need. They also receive discounted bookings on Kiddo every time they make a booking. Kiddo sends you a regular report of registered Employees on Kiddo and you only pay for the Employees that register for the membership!

  • How much does Kiddo Corporate Care cost companies?

    Kiddo’s Corporate care program allows businesses to purchase annual memberships on behalf of their employees at a discount, based on total number of employees in the company. You are only billed for employees that register with Kiddo under this program, in arrears on a monthly/quarterly basis. Kiddo provides your business with a report that outlines who has registered, so you only pay for those Employees that opt in to register.
