What checks are completed for babysitters?
All babysitters and nannies that are working through Kiddo App have had their IDs checked and verified against government records. We also complete the Working with Children check to make sure these are held by each working member and are still valid for use.

We want our parents and guardians to feel confident and safe when using our app – which is why we take every precaution to ensure the safety and care of our parents, members, and children.
What can Kiddo App be used for?
Kiddo App allows parents and guardians to find suitable candidates for babysitting or ongoing care requirements. Many parents and guardians use this service for school drop-offs and pick-ups, regular care services and even caring when required during the school holiday periods. Kiddo App is unique in that it helps with daily, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly recurring bookings, while also assisting with specific date ranges as required. Whatever request you have, Kiddo App can take care of it!
How is payment completed?
Once you have selected your preferred babysitter, and they confirm their booking with you, we debit your nominated card for the booking amount then.

Your booking is prepaid to save any awkward conversations later. You will be issued a receipt once payment is made and as per our T&C’s you are able to cancel your booking if needed.

What happens if I cancel a booking?
We understand that life can get busy, and plans may change last minute. If you’re needing to cancel a booking on Kiddo App, please do so as quickly as possible so your babysitter can reschedule their work and update their profile information for other families.

If you cancel your booking, a refund will be issues automatically. Please keep in mind that there is also a $10 cancellation fee for any prepaid bookings.
