My name is Tracey. I am a teacher of inclusion and support for neurodiverse students. I have been educating and caring for children for over 31 years as a babysitter, foster carer, qualified swim instructor and support worker. I am early childhood trained and have experience with various modes of augmented communication including Auslan. Outside school hours I provide support and respite for families with young and neuro diverse children. I have NDIS approval, blue and yellow cards. I have qualifications and extensive experience caring for babies, toddlers, primary and high school aged children. I ensure each individual in my care is embraced for their unique and wonderful strengths and abilities. I also enjoy engaging children through play based activities and learning that encapsulate all their senses. I’m Kate and I’m here to help you look after your most precious little ones. I have almost 20 years baby sitting experience - plus I’m a mum of three myself! (aged 8, 5 and 1). The service I provide is underpinned by one important objective: I give your children the same level of care they would expect from a parent. I am confident looking after children of all ages, and I have a genuine love for caring for babies and toddlers.

Some of the things I can do include (but are not limited to):
-Preparation of nutritious meals and snacks
-Safely prepare and give bottle feeds
-Settle babies and children for naps and bedtime
-Assist with toilet training
-Provide age appropriate games, toys, and activities
-Take children on outings approved by parent
-Pick up/drop offs - own vehicle provided with car seats including infant capsule if required

Outside of caring for children, I spend my time caring for my own babies. I have a Bachelor of Public Health (including Children’s Services, Psychology & Nutrition units). Hobbies include cooking, cake making, Pilates, and enjoying the great outdoors - all of which I can share with your children!

I have been working with children for over 14 years (babysitting, nannying, party co ordinating, teaching and now managing a childcare centre.)
