I’ve been using the Kiddo app for 1.5 years now and have found the process to be super easy. My kids have loved the sitters every time and they are always on time and flexible (with my last minute requests to stay longer). They have also been amazing with last minute requests so knowing they can help me out when I’m stuck is a life saver. Would highly recommend!

What a brilliant app! It was so easy to set up and use, there wasn’t the worry of getting out the right amount of money, it was all done via the app and all sitters have been checked out and have the correct certifications. Brilliant!

I love the kiddo app and keep really busy from it. I’ve met some super lovely families who now book me regularly via the app. I love the ease of keeping track of my bookings, the cancellation policy and being able to read their reviews so you know you’re safe going to their house. Bec really listens to feedback to ensure it’s an enjoyable experience for both parties.

Kiddo is easy to use, has great babysitter profiles, plenty of sitters available (often at the last minute) and I trust them to care for my kids. I have used the service for my 2 young daughters multiple times and they have loved all the sitters and asked for them to return.

Convenient and easy to use, as a single mama with no support it has been so great having access to Kiddo. The Nannie’s are verified and police checked so the hard work is done for you. My only issue is the pricing, which is steep when you add on the fees as well.

I use Kiddo often to find babysitters for my two little ones. We’ve had a number of sitters, all professional and lovely with no bad experiences. One time, there was a cancellation on the day but kiddo quickly found many other carers who were available at the time.

This app is amazing and I recommend it to everyone when they ask who I use for a babysitter, I always say Kiddo! not only do you have variety with the sitters available, but there's reviews and I also feel like I can trust the quality of the carers available. Then there's the upside to it being available nation wide, so when I go on holidays, I plan ahead using the app to book in sitters when I am also booking date night restaurants. What a fabulous app idea and it is done so very well. Thank you very much to the creators!!!

Kiddo is a great application to source babysitters for kids of all ages. So far I have had two babysitters from kiddo, both of whom work in childcare on a daily basis. They are used to working with kids and have first aid and blue card etc. My baby is only 8 months old and the babysitters have been great. I would definitely use kiddo for emergency and regular baby sitting needs.

It was such a relief to find this app! Easy to use and able to get a great and reliable babysitter at last minute. Babysitters have police checks and have to be verified which is a huge reassurance. Is my go-to for babysitting!!

Kiddo is honestly one of my favourite finds as a parent. I often found myself wondering as a young mum with little to no family support how I would find baby sitters, no grandparents as an option & none of my friends had responsible teenagers ofcorse so when I discovered this, it was like a weight off my shoulders. I have used 4 sitters now over the years and they have been incredible. The app is easy to use and very smart, the 2 hour late window option is SOOO helpful!I recommend this app to everyone

I love Kiddo. I receive babysitting time for my three old son every week in all the places I have travelled to including cairns where I'm living at the moment, the kiddo app is so helpful. It always gives me the babysitter I need, even with short notice. I even get latino babysitters to talk to my three yr old in spanish. Thanks kiddo.

I have been using the kiddo service for over 12 months and used the last minute request and I have not been let down as yet.All the people have been amazing and I would happily have any of them back again.I like that someone has checked them out and if I not happy I have someone to contact.I really enjoy using this service and gives me Peace of mind when I am out that my daughter is cared for the way I would care for her only she has more fun.

I am a qualified Carer with kiddo for 3 years now.The app is good as it allows families to review our profiles prior to a booking, getting to know us and a name to the face, making it easier on the first meet/ booking.Love the ⭐️ rating and the comments the parents leave for myself as carer.It works both ways as we get to rate the parents and leave a welcoming message.I would definitely recommend the Kiddo to any families looking for a sitter.

With no family closely, my husband and I very rarely book in a night out together (we recently had our first date night out in 3 years!) We had never used a babysitting service until we booked with Kiddo this month and were thrilled with the level of service we received - starting with being able to read a background on available sitters and choose the one we wanted. Our sitter Savannah was friendly, professional and fantastic with the kids. We will definitely be booking again soon!

Easy to use and accessible App, far better than any of its competitors. The baby sitter we chose matched her profile and provided an excellent service. It can be very nerve racking leaving your little ones with a stranger, but the Kiddo app feels safe & secure and seems to attract quality carers. I'd definitely recommend and use it again

I love the Kiddo app! Our family lives Interstate, so finding a babysitter can sometimes be hard. Kiddo app lets you look at Carers details and see their prior experience, and all the carers are screened with police check, WWC etc. the carers we have used have been great with our girls, and the app is just so easy and professional to use! I’ve had to cancel a babysitter before due to sickness too, and that was really simple. Definitely recommend

Super easy to use app. Loved that I could see who was available for the times I required and choose the suitable person. Babysitter we chose was great with both kids. We have a son with special needs so to know he was properly cared for was very important to us and we were suitably impressed with the care given. Kiddo simplifies the process of hiring a babysitter and takes off all the worry and trouble by building a network of fully capable and trustworthy babysitters around you. Have booked multiples times and have never been let down. Even when one babysitter cancelled us with short notice, Rebecca was able to arrange someone for us. Cannot recommend enough. As busy parents of two girls aged 4 and 9, trying to find a convenient and reliable babysitter has been a challenge over the years. Enter Kiddo. The app was easy to download and easy to register. We created a profile and entered the dates we required care. At the time of booking, it was several weeks in advance.A list of available babysitters was immediately available. Each babysitter had a profile with ratings and experiences from other parents. Booking was easy, all communication was done through the app and payment was made via the app.I happily encourage other people in need of babysitting to try Kiddo. I know we will be using it again in the future.
